Kaum eine Klasse an Geräten ist dieser Tage mehr gefragt als Beatmungsgeräte. Da die vorhandenen Kapazitäten bei einer Zuspitzung der Corona-Pandemie in Engpässe reinlaufen könnten, entstehen Konzepte, wie man ein solches Gerät mit allseits verfügbaren Komponenten im Selbstbau erstellen kann. Der Heise-Verlag stellt auf der Webseite www.heise.de/hintergrund/WirVsVirus-Beatmungsgeraet-im-Eigenbau-4690584.html ein solches Projekt vor.

„Eine tolle Sache, die Heise ins Leben gerufen hat“, erklärt der DARC-Vorsitzende Christian Entsfellner, DL3MBG, und ruft dazu auf, dass sich die Funkamateure mit ihrer technischen und kreativen Expertise daran beteiligen sollten.
